Apollo-
AVAILABLE ADOPTION OR RESCUE
CONTACT: Animal Humane Association of Star Valley
134 CR 126A.
Thayne, Wyoming 83127
Mary Ann Ahrens, Director Rens355@silverstar.com
DESKLINE: 307-871-1975
PERSONALITY TRAITS:
Apollo is one handsome guy! Look into his eyes and be prepared to fall in love! He is great with adults, older kids due to his size and female dogs. He loves the water so camping by a lake or river would be right up his alley. Love to hike? So does Apollo! Love to stroll the neighborhood? Ha! So does Apollo! He knows basic commands and loves riding in the car.
Apollo has been at the shelter for a year and being kenneled is starting to take its toll on him. He is starting to lose hope his family/person will ever find him! He would thrive as an only pet as he does have resource guarding issues. He also suffers from separation anxiety. Both behaviors can be corrected with positive reinforcement training.
Where are his people? Surely the perfect family/person is out there searching for the perfect furry addition to their life!
Please contact the Animal Humane Association of Star Valley for more information. They may be able to help with transport.

Audi-
AT RISK FOR EUTHANASIA
AUDI IS AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION!
EUTHANASIA DATE: FEBRUARY 28
CONTACT: Angels of Mercy P.D.
205 short street
Homestead, PA 15212
jamie.speelman@yahoo.com
DESKLINE: 724-562-7042
PERSONALITY TRAITS:
Why is it the dog is always the one to suffer ignorant, mean, callous, people? Audi was taken from a dog fighting situation. She cannot be around other dogs, cats or other small animals. If there truly is an
angel out there that would adopt her, she would be best kept on leash. She would benefit from positive muzzle training, once acclimated using it when out and about as part of her fun outing gear routine!
Please keep in mind, it's not her fault. She was a product of a horrid environment and not properly socialized. But that doesn't mean she can't thrive - given time to decompress - in a kind, loving home. She is an indoor dog that was forced to live outside, in Pennsylvania, where it can get pretty cold!
Audi truly needs a special person/family that is familiar with the breed, is willing to work with a
positive reinforcement trainer, and most importantly smother her with love and kindness and let her be part of the family. She hasn't had much experience with that. If you are that person/family, please step up....she only has until February 28.
BREED: Bully breed blend
AGE: 7 years
COAT LENGTH: Short
HEALTH: All rescue dogs are vaccinated, altered, and micro-chipped

Blue is available for adoption or rescue!
CONTACT: Davis County Animal Shelter
1422 E 600 N
Fruit Heights UTAH
Kacey foster@co.davis.ut.us
DESKLINE: 801-444-2200
PERSONALITY TRAITS:
Blue is a big, sweet, lovable guy! He would love to stroll around the neighborhood with you but long
hikes are not his thing. Blue can be dog selective but loves children! Blue is house trained and knows
basic commands, is leash and crate trained. He is essentially a turn-key pooch just looking for a soft landing with people that will stick by him and let him be part of the family. He has not been tested with cats or other small animals.... Blue is a senior dog that may have a little arthritis so an active family might not be a good fit. He's
more into short walks, snuggling with his person/people in bed (hope you got a big bed!) or on the sofa.
He loves to give kisses! He can be left alone - not in a crate - without issue(s). He could possibly live with another calm dog with a proper introduction.
Does Blue sound like the missing member of your family? He is here waiting for you! If you have a
canine companion please bring them with you for a proper introduction when you come to meet Blue.

Brandy
BRANDY IS AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION OR RESCUE!
FOR VIDEOS CLICK THE LINK BELOW!
CONTACT: The Humane Society for Tacoma and Pierce County
2608 Center Street
Tacoma, WA, 98409 }
Kelsey Robinson, transfers@thehumanesociety.org
DESKLINE: 253-284-5847
PERSONALITY TRAITS
Brandy and her friend Milo found their way into the shelter through no fault of their own. They get along great with each other however, they are not a bonded pair and can be rescued separately. They both have been friendly, loving and playful since being in the shelter. Brandy is the biggest lover of belly rubs! She will walk over to you, lay down at your feet and wait for you to rub her tummy! She is
the sweetest, loving dog! She has worked hard at over-coming her reactivity to other dogs (she loves Milo). Brandy needs a home that will give her love, stability and structure – and of course, belly rubs! A round of positive reinforcement training classes to brush up on his basic commands would be most beneficial.
He is not good with cats or other small animals. Here is what volunteers have to say about Brandy: “She’s stable like a lion, and she has this calm fun about her. Brandy is always patient with me, with getting out of a tight kennel space and maneuvering the shelter, but she is beyond super happy with a tail that just will not quit and patient. Obviously, we know not all dogs like to have their face touched, but I kiss her on the face every time I see her. Always at least 5 minutes of her 15 is dedicated to pure love and rubs. She LOVES belly rubs, and although I try to mainly take her out for walks and not in play yards due to movement, it’s a struggle every time because all I really want to do is to sit with her for hours while her belly is being rubbed. Brandy loves being pet, and is the more effusive of the two always excitedly coming to you, usually lying down so as to gain a tummy rub or two. I've She is so loving. Brandy is no longer dog reactive, like she used to be many months back. I am never EVER nervous when I walk Brandy. She’s by far the best, easiest, female blondie in our shelter at the moment.”\
Please contact The Humane Society for Tacoma and Pierce County for more information on Brandy.

CAPTAIN LASAGNA AKA DODO
EUTHANASIA DATE: AUGUST 23
CAPTAIN LASAGNA aka DODO IS AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION OR RESCUE!
CONTACT: Cache Humane Society
2370 W 200 N
Logan UT 84321
Elizabeth - dogs@cachehumane.org
DESKLINE: 435-792-3920
PERSONALITY TRAITS
Captain Lasagna aka Dodo is an outgoing, playful, dopey and opinionated guy! He is good with other
dogs and in off leash doggy playgroups. He knows basic commands and is house, leash and crate trained. Respectful children 10+ years old are recommended. Hey! You singles out there....Dodo would
be the perfect magnate to attract and meet other people while your enjoying a latte at your favorite cafe.
He gets along with just about everyone!
Captain Lasagna loves toys of all shapes and is very friendly. He is a bit scatter-brained until you get a treat, and then he is all business. He loves to wrestle with other dogs and gets along with pretty much everyone. Because he is just coming out of puppy-hood his manners could use some work, so he should hang out with the adults until he learns not to jump up or play with his mouth. He loves to splash in the pool and likes to play tug. When he finds a good rope toy he whips it around his head and slaps it against the ground. He has had a few sleepovers and his fosters have nothing but positive things to say
about him.
Captain Lasagna has been in a shelter since January and is getting stressed and overwhelmed. That is
way too long for a boy to be in doggy jail and his mental health is suffering. He is running out of time! This dog is highly trainable and would do so well in a home that can give him some boundaries, but it is
not fair to make him sit in a kennel for months on end.
Already have a canine companion? Bring them with you for a proper introduction when you contact the
Cache Humane Society above to arrange a meet n' greet with Dodo.
BREED: Bully/Lab blend
AGE: 1-1/2 years

Please contact West Valley Humane Society for more information on Jacob.

Dumbo
DUMBO IS AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION OR RESCUE!
CONTACT: Espanola Humane Society
108 Hamm Parkway
Espanola, New Mexico 87544
Sara - sara@espanolahumane.org
DESKLINE: 505-709-0197
PERSONALITY TRAITS
Dumbo is sweet and playful pup who enjoys playing with his kennel mates and interacting with people. He can be a bit timid on leash, but will walk on leash given lots of encouragement. In a play setting he's
not hyperactive and has the typical puppy mentality of being curious/interested along with a short attention span e.g. will chase after a ball but then will get distracted and move on to something else. He
would make the perfect companion for someone who wants a loving, silly, playful pup and is willing to provide positive reinforcement training so he can learn the basics.
Dumbo is dog friendly and could live in a home with a canine buddy to show him the ropes. He is a
mildly energetic pooch that would thrive in a structured environment. Dumbo needs an energy outlet so a home with a yard for him to run around in would be ideal.
Already have a canine companion? Bring them with you for a proper introduction when you contact the Espanola Humane Society above to arrange a meet n' greet with Dumbo.
BREED: Bully breed blend

Fiona-
AT RISK FOR EUTHANASIA
Meet English Bulldog Fiona; and as the name suggests, she is an ogre princess at heart. She spends most of her days snoring, snorting or snuggling. She likes short to medium walks and one look at a leash will have her bouncing to the nearest door. She loves people and children! She would be best in an only dog home. She has been a joy for our family over the past couple years. She does not get along with her bully breed sister and it has turned into an unsafe environment. She is 6 years old approximately 60 lbs. She has responded extremely well to training and has been working with a Bully Breed specialized trainer who has offered to continue to work with her as needed. She needs to be your one and only pet.

DESKLINE: 469-515-1020

Frankie is a shy guy that warms up to you quickly. He's good with other dogs and is leash trained. Being a young fella, a round of positive reinforcement training would be beneficial for him. It's a great way for you to bond with your new family member, as well.
What we have here is a diamond in the ruff. We don't know what his story is but given time to decompress and time to realize he is safe he will be the best boy ever! He could also live with a calm, playful pup.
